Boston African American National Historic Site

The Boston African American National Historic Site commemorates the role the African American community of Boston played in the fight against slavery and through the Civil War. In partnership with the other National Park sites of Boston, this site offers opportunities for the students to engage in place-based learning and explore the streets where fights for equality and justice took place.
